His Flash was great, certainly when compared to the shit we have now.
The current run is so bad it is damaging the legacy and past of the hero. Ret conning out key characters in addition to awful art and story telling is killing me.
But yeah, Manapul is arguably the best Flash artist. Waid or Johns + Manapul would be fucking amazing.

as much as i like that run, is not that special either, is the art what it makes it stand out and elevates it from an good book to great one. The writing is good but nothing out of what you expect from a Flash comic.

Holy shit I just realized the moon has the brainiac symbol on it.
At the end of this story arc, Luthor hints that he is going to make a new clone of his DNA and Brainiac DNA, but that plot was never picked up or mentioned again.
Shiiiiiiiiiiiit. I wish they expanded on that plot. Superboy: Boy of Steel is one of my more favorite graphic novels.

It's a pretty mediocre idea that was never really capitalized with until Forever Evil, where it comes in handy and leads to a few cool sequences.
But it was a good movie to have it be a mediocre idea even in universe. None of them are happy with it and it's really fucked them up badly.

They're both good to me. I think the left highlights his skill a bit more as the pencils seem a little less significant on the right, but the right has a good creepy effect since it's supposed to be weird god energies they're dealing with.
