I haven't been since my CP last year and I miss it. I'm trying to save for a Disneyland trip next year, mainly to see Paint the Night now that it officially has an open ended run.
>>
These threads should be made more regularly.

>>78257098
I'm actually heading down early on the 26th. It'll be crowded as fuck down there, but it should still be fun.
>>
>>78257098

Went at the start of the month and did everything I wanted to do at Disneyland and DCA. Season of the Force stuff in Tomorrowland was great shilling for the new movie (that I'm about to watch right now).

Had a bit of a fan moment in DCA too; the Three Cabarellos meet and greet at Paradise Pier is pretty awesome. Wasn't even expecting them there since they're obscure for Califonia goers.

Went last November with the family for 2 weeks. Had a great time. Cost me over 3 grand though so i won't be able to go again for at least another year.
>>
>>78260480
Eat before/during the first parade, catch the fireworks from outside the restaurant, and head to the parade route to watch the second parade, once the exit rush dissipates. I promise you will have a much better time than attempting to scarf down your food, and rush for a spot that will most likely be full by the time you get there.
>>
I'll be in Orlando in 9 days. We plan on heading to Disney at least once, and then again in February. Definitely can not wait!
>>
>>78261304
>and head to the parade route to watch the second parade
There isn't going to be a second parade in early May
>>
Got to go for the first time ever this past Nov. Saw Disyland and CA. Park hopper highly recommended if you go. Got to ride the in the Lilly Belle car through sheer fucking serendipity and got to see the stage show for Aladdin in CA. Highly recommend going to see that if you can since they're gonna replace that stage performance with a Frozen one in January if they haven't already.
>>
>>78261856
Ohhh ok. I know they've sometimes added the second parade back in, during stretches of one parade only schedules, but, it's possible they may not on the day you're there. And its usually WAY closer to the day of that they announce it so that fucks with scheduling either way.
Are you only in MK the one day? And are you only checking through the website/app? Sometimes, rarely, you can have better luck getting squeezed in if you call the dining reservation hotline.

If you can somehow get a 7ish reservation, eat, get your Belle and Beast pictures, and beeline straight for Liberty Square and Frontierland, you might still get a pretty good spot depending on crowds.

Well, guess I'm never going back to Disneyland. Space Mountain is pretty cool, but it's not wait in line for an hour cool.
>>
>>78262353
They changed that shit specifically because people were abusing it and renting make a wish kids. They still have the cards, you just come back at what the wait time would be had you gotten in line normally. If you stack your card with multiple rides in the same vicinity, you can still reduce your total in line time.

Boy oh boy it's been a while since /co/ had a D-Parks thread.
I wonder if they only pop up when an OP is just about to go to one and is hyped about the trip so he starts one...
YOu know I love these threads because you learn a few cool facts about how things at the park work. Sometime you get a God anon who posts awesome rare pics or links to fun stuff. Even what they do with the Mickey heads once they get to old and that they are chipped but the downer is always the fact that I love Disney and haven't been able to go to a park in over 15 years do to the fact that I'm not allowed to drive. Which is even more sad sine I live in a state that has a Disney park. My room is all Disney from top to bottom tho.

The main downer to these thread is the 35 plus posts you real like
>I'm gong next month can't wait
>I'm going next week
>I'm actually at a park right now and I'm posting from a cell phone
FUCK Christ your at a Disney Park what are you doing on 4chan! lol
or
>I just got back and I'm going again in 2 weeks
>I just got back two days ago and I'm going back in a week
It's not that I'm jelly. I'm happy they can go but it's just a bit of a downer I guess.

The funny part is that I actually typed those quotes examples before scrolling down the thread.
Right before hitting the post button I scrolled down and man oh man it never fails.

Went there with a friend the day Hyperspace Mountain had it's official opening. Due to a snafu on his part, he had to go exchange his e-ticket for a real one after I passed through the main gate. In the time it took for him to get in (about 20 minutes), I was already on and off the Mountain. The rest of the day I'd rather not think about...

Dude why?
I went back in 2002 and it was like under $400
Tickets were about $35 to $46. I heard the prices have gone way up in the past few years to over $100 which is kinda crazy.
Hotel room for two nights close to the park was a little under $200.
The rare meal from time to time maybe $150 tops!
Maybe $40 at the gift shop.

Meant to say "I got the LE Aladdin Jasmine and Jafar last month."

I'm not sure why she thought that was going to be OK. It's pretty common knowledge that Disney is super fucking strict with their costumed characters, and it kinda ruins the allure for the younger kids to have random ugly bitches walking around ruining it for them.

Disney has so many rules for their in-costumed characters for that very reason.

Saw a youtube video (which I can't find right now ) a few months back about adults with "handicaps" who would rent themselves out to rich fuck families that didn't wanna wait in lines.
It was kinda like rent a crippled person for a day. Some fat blonde lady who has a handicap pass cause she was to fat to walk was making loads of money taking rich fuck families around the park. They would even pay for her ticket into the park.

Also I don't know what the cut off age for kids being allowed to dress up as characters but if they are as tall as the characters themselves they should be stopped

Anyone have that Disney Villains park idea? The archive died so I lost it.

Osbournes Family lights were cool. The new Star Wars thing was cool.

>>78268854
>Disneyland 'Villains' park, with more rollercoaster and thrillrides, as sort of an inversion of Disneyland
>Main Street USA/Liberty Square is replaced a dusty old German village, under a massive mountain at the center of the park, which hold an indoor cave system to various villain attractions
>Adventureland is now Splendoreii, a Roman Town under a massive lava flow running through carnival proceedings, chariot races and markets, that the town just built around
>Tomorrowland is a bustling grimy space port, where seedy pirate characters and raiders make their share, and Alien Encounter now makes its home, rebuilt and upgraded
>Fantasyland is a Forbidding Wood hiding rides and attractions and hovels, even a friendly huntsman's lodge for dining
>Frontierland is Gravemarker, Arryzonia. A hootenanny of outlaws, rough riders and generally uncouth folk
>At night, instead of Wishes, there's NIGHTMARE, where projections cast shadows on the German Village, as the Mountaintop opens with a giant Chernabog robot appears, and Night on Bald Mountain is recreated with pyrotechnics, projected images and fireworks
