So the crowd is angry at Yang for her perceived unsportsmanlike conduct and the concept of negativity drawing in grimm isn't new, so something has to be done to pacify them. The easiest way, I think, is to keep Yang around, but tell her she has to throw the fight. Make her a heel. All you'd need then is some sweet and earnest underdog character to be your "face", and have them say how they won because of hard work, friendship, and loyalty.
Maybe throw in a ladder or folding chair into the mix, just because.

So now that I've had time to reflect on it, Mercury's Illusion World trick on Yang was probably the dumbest move they could have made.
Yes, the public opinion against Yang is bad, but Team RWBY in general is very close to the academy staff and Ozpin. They would know that while Yang is hot-headed, she'd probably never attack a defenseless opponent in what's supposed to be a friendly sparring match. All they've achieved is getting the eyes of Ozpin and Co. on them.

Okay so i got bored and this gave me some inspiration to make a video game villain team

Faunus crime boss in charge of the koopa klan an offshoot of the white fang. his goal is to get paid and rule his own kingdom.
His semblance is the ability to breath fire.
His weapons are the koopa klaws, a pair of clawed gauntlets attached to a large shell he can hide in and spin at will.

A former atlas scientist, the doctor was well known for both his brilliant mind and his radical, even by atlas standards, anti-Faunus politics. However his ambitions got the better of him and after an attempted takeover of atlas with his robot army was forced to flee the kingdom. Has a heated rivalry with bowser but is willing to work with him to further his plans of creating the Eggman Empire.
His semblance allows him to create a "super metal" out of ordinary metals, which combined with his genius allows him to make his massive war machines.
He has no personal weapon preferring instead to use his robots to do the work for him, though when pressed he uses on of his many mech suits to get the job done himself.

However this politician has a dream, of all the citizens of his great kingdom having the power of hunters and fighting their own battles against the Grimm. To do so he plans to let the Grimm into the four kingdoms and let survival of the fittest take it's course.
His semblances absorbs large amounts of energy and super charges his aura to ridiculous levels making him almost invincible, however ever it takes large amounts of aura to maintain so prolonged battles can leave him near death.
He prefers to fight bare handed, using his semblance to do all the heavy lifting.

I always figured Neon was a Uncle Tom style mascot for Atlas. A represention of what Faunus should be like according to them. Quirky and Mostly harmless. The main thing here is that she believes she's helping the Faunus people by setting a better example and showing the public that you don't need to fear her kind. Obviously Blake hates her with a burning passion.

It's worth it if you're willing to wait for the full content they're promising early adopters. Right now it's a pretty short, fun, intense game that can be beaten in about 30 minutes to an hour. The game is definitely in need of more polish, characters, levels etc, but the core combat is fun and fast, very easy to get in and out of and wreck stuff up.
It's a toughie. On one hand the 15 bucks with the game as is is not worth it. However 15 bucks for the confirmed content that's coming down the pipe sounds intriguing and they did say the price would be increasing once they fully integrate the other things so I'd say snag it if you're looking to get in cheaper.
