Bane doesn't know shit about how to interact in social situations. He spent his whole life either in prison, or as an outlaw. All he knows is how to be a warrior, he has no earthly idea how to act in normal society.
That's arguably his big advantage over Bruce. Bruce got 8 years of being a normal person. Even when secretly training and becoming the Batman, he still had to keep up a guise of being normal. He still has to dedicate part of his attention to a private life. He has a longing for companionship, and family, and other mundane things. Bane never had any of that. He lived in this world from the moment he was born. He only knows this life, and has to dedicate 0% of himself to anything else.
In other words,Bruce merely adopted the darkness. Bane was born in it, molded by it.
