My biggest clue of it being a fakeout is how little they did with that moment. if she was really dead, there'd be that swelling dramatic music and a close-up of Ollie crying; you don't kill a major character and not go the full nine yards with it.

After watching the crossover, it doesn't look like Barry likes Felicity much anymore. The way he acts makes it seem more like he's tolerating her because she's Oliver's girlfriend and she used to be a friend, but they don't seem close in the latter portion of the crossover.
