Yeah that's not fast at all by Flash standards. They actually made it a point that no matter how hard Barry pushes himself, he can't break Mach 2 which is essentially 1,500 mph. That's pretty fucking low for a speedster. Remember how Barry almost didn't catch a throwing knife? Compare that to Quicksilver's scene in Days of Future Past.
