So impractical to have babies weighing you down, and their noise, vomit, piss and shit distracting you
Instead his suit should be lined with pressure pads(triggered to go off should they sense something akin to being shot or tasered, etc) that are remotely linked to explosives attached to the babies kept in a remote secure location, but with live video feed to prove he still has them.
The baby suit he's wearing has a lot of visual impact no doubt, but far outweighed by it's impracticality

FYI Medaka was a Mary Sue deconstruction work with most of the focus being at the concept of hero and main character.
Her only ability since the very beginning was immediately learning and mastering to 120% any ability she has seen or even heard of. So taking it seriously is not the best idea.
