Except for Joker and Catwoman I liked the TNBA redesigns more.
I haven't seen episodes from either recently enough to say which I prefer for stories.

I like both for different, equally valid reasons.
BTAS had a better art style, but TNBA had better fight scenes. Storywise BTAS had more stinkers, but if TNBA had lasted longer it would probably have had its fair share of shitty eps too.
The Batman had the better art style.
