So how excactly do the gender of devils work?
All blue devils I've seen have had some distinctly feminine features, whereas red devils all seem to be male.
I had Vladok pinned as a guy, but then he gets turned blue and is a girl.

there's one theory that seems correct to me, that the personality, and hence gender, comes from the mask. It would explain how Cio retained her personality across being an ebon and blue devil. It also fits Vladok's personality/gender changing when he got a new mask. It also makes sense since devils very rarely ever change masks, so it's not like their personalities are changing all the time.
