Because "a fair shot" doesn't exist. Every show either disappears "too soon" or "too late" and people are never happy.
Mention whatever show's cancellation and you'll get fags saying it was long overdue/too soon every time.

If it hadn't been bogged down with hiatuses, Gravity Falls would have been pretty short and sweet, which would have been nice.
