DC and Marvel used to do ton of crossovers back before assholes with stupid pretty rivalries started to get in charge ofMarvel.

Comic writers can't even maintain a basic continuity, and have convinced themselves they're infallible.
These books are written by manchildren, the artwork is often months late, and nobody plans further ahead than about 3 months. And that's all considered fine and normal.
The 'industry' is the least professional sector on earth. There's no way these chucklefucks can take responsibility for their actions
