Well consider that bakara and kerubim seems to be more in the know of what's going on which neither Eva or Ruel did so that could lend to different behaviour, and Kerubim probably won't be as carefree as ruel at times. Doubt it. Kerub doesn't seem that involved in the movie judging from the trailers, and to be honest I expect him to either die or be too seriously injured to do much. As for the rest, I'm not sure they're going to be together all the time. We've seen several scenes where Lilotte doesn't seem to be around, and a few where Bakara seems to fight Julith while Joris isn't around. It could be a split-focus movie.

We know him and Atcham reincarnate at some point to be adopted and raised by Joris, so chances are they wouldn't let such an important event happen off screen. In the new trailer, we hear Kerub's weak voice whispering as if on his death bed. We don't see him much besides city scenes and one action scene at his shop. His armor seems intact, while in the OVAs, we can see it with a hole in the chest area. Finally we know from the Krosmaster spoilers and some of the trailer's shots that Joris is emotionally triggered to go berzerk at some point.

From what I gather Pinpin was one of the most popular characters among their primary audience (Frenchies) and I think Ankama have a soft spot for Iops as they were one of the first 3 classes they created for the Dofus MMO, also being very popular within the MMO during its heyday, so it's not all that surprising but I agree it would've been nice for us to see a new class

I've been watching the shit out of Dofus, but I can't seem to find much info about it or Wakfu besides what I see on wikipedia. I haven't watched any Wakfu yet. I want to get everything right, so correct me where I'm wrong.
I have it understood that Dofus takes place a long time before Wakfu. Dofus is a spinoff of Wakfu, which is based on the MMO. Dofus is a complete spinoff, which as no connection to Wakfu. Dofus is also more cartoony/silly in comparison to Wakfu. Wakfu is 100% complete, while Dofus is still in development.

Dofus MMO was the first game Ankama made.
Wakfu MMO was sort of a sequel that came out many years later.
The Wakfu show was the first animation series Ankama did, which aired around the same time as the Wakfu MMO alpha/beta.
The Dofus animated series was made after the Wakfu animated series.
Dofus, both the MMO and the series, take place around 800 years before Wakfu.

It's technically aimed at a younger audience, but I'd say the type of childishness is different, more of a lighthearted Saturday morning thing with French humour. It doesn't take itself nearly as seriously as Wakfu does.

Respectively 397 and 634 apparently. Welp, I guess they changed it at some point. Years ago there were meant to be 1000-ish years between the MMOs with Kerubim's being closer to Wakfu than Dofus by a few centuries.

Yeah, older materials used to say Dofus and Wakfu were a thousand years apart. Things have gotten more precisely defined by now, but the 1,000 has taken root in a lot of people's minds.
If you consider the beginning of each era, 789 years is reasonably close to a millenia. But neither Dofus nor Wakfu (both MMO and series) take place at the beginning of their respective eras, so the time between each is much less.
