This was ok. The other issues I read were terrible. I kinda wish this series was just the unfinished Episodes scripts from the series.
I remember Vasquez once saying he tried to avoid pop culture references in Zim because they were cheap & pandering, and they'd make the show feel dated later. Now he throws in a string of references, and people go "hey look it's Binding of Isaac, awesome!" So I guess he's loosened up, or maybe he doesn't care as much about the comics.

The humor in this issue & the previous one really seems to boil down to a string of "someone shits on the protag in repetitive 'wacky' ways" gags. Which doesn't have to be a bad thing, but it's pretty lazy & unfunny as the meat of the story. Especially if you compare it to the Space Donkey issue, where the plot had more to it.

There was that time in the Resisty episode where she tried to tolerate and listen to Dib's ramblings, then politely walked away when she couldn't take it anymore.
