Catdog, Freakazoid, Rugrats, Rocket Power, Power Rangers, all of it. Didn't know anything long enough to hate it.
When I was a kid, I didn't have cable. So whenever my mom or dad took my sister and I to a hotel, or a friend's house where they'd just plop us into the living room with their kid, we would watch the TV. We were so poor after their divorce, we couldn't even get Fox or WB, so no after-school or Saturday Morning cartoons for me. My sister and I would come home from school to watch Passions, Oprah, Rosie O'Donnell or something on PBS, and that's all.
When I got to a place that had cable, I would just watch whatever was on, and since I only saw ever so little, anything and everything was a privilege.
Eventually I got access to Disney Channel, Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon when I was 11/12. But by then, it was too late. Fox Kids had just died, Kids WB was in its dying days, and all the 90's shows I wanted to see on the big three had been long replaced by shows have now become nostalgic for the younger generations.
CatDog was awesome in ny opinion. Always thought hey arnold ad Rocket Power was boring as fuck.
To answer your question, I'd probably say Brandy and Mr. Whiskers and KnD.

I prefer classic CN shows personally. Nothing beats Johnny Bravo, Freakazoid, Cow n Chicken, Justice League/Unlimited, Teen Titans and Dexters Lab. throw in a little PPG and EEnE, and you got list better than disney afternoon. Felt Courage and samurai jack were overrated though. Maybe It's because they constantly played Courage which annoyed me and samurai jack was just too serious for a kid too really enjoy.

Most of them, to be honest. Actually, the point of cartoons existing when you're a kid is to eat up time because you're constantly bored.

The ultimate "I don't give a shit about this, but I'm watching it anyway" show.
All the super early Hanna Barbera stuff.
Even Scooby Doo, I genuinely liked Scooby, Shaggy, and Velma but I was aware of how boring and predictable the show was.
I just watched it anyways, at least enjoying the characters. Stuff like Flintstones, Jetsons, etc. were fully "nothing on" though.
Genuinely liked CatDog, by the way. And Cow & Chicken, 2 Stupid Dogs, all of the early dumb shit. They're terrible but hey I miss it when cartons were stupid fun instead of the world building deep lore subplot shit that every cartoon feels obligated to have now.
Thinking back, that's kind of what this was for me. Never was really that funny, never that clever, never that exciting, and the animation and art style was poor, but it was always mildly entertaining enough to not make me change the channel immediately.
