I actually do kind of like Selena, but they have never used her properly, or for a decent stretch of time. The only media she has ever really held my attention in as a viable partner for Bruce was in Batman 2 and Gotham. The former because she is the only one as fucked up as he is, and they have chemistry, and Gotham because they sort of have that childhood friend thing to work off of in future years.

There would be no home life, and no romance outside nighttime jaunts. He would want her to stop stealing, and she would resent him trying to change her. Frankly, if you take away the occasional hot date, and their interplay as Batman and Catwoman, they fall apart.
She is an ex street kid/hooker/burglar, who loves to steal almost as much as the thrill of the chase, and spending her ill gotten gains. He is an obsessed detective who know practically every martial art, has terminal depression and yet an indomitable will, who won't let his mission rest for even a day, until it eventually kills him.
Outside their cat and mouse antics, there is nothing there.

Ugh, I hate it, but I don't think they will keep Supes and Wondy apart for long, not after they made the gambler of a fresh start where he isn't with Lois. That was too big of a change to just retcon away, unless it has been a really unpopular choice. I wouldn't know. I never gave the Nu52 more than a glance, and haven't bothered to keep up much except for bits of discussion that leaked into BvS threads.
I'll admit I like WonderBats, and the trailer does suggest there will be something, but I'm not sure it would actually leak over to the comics. Little ever does. Status quo and all that.

The Batman/Catwoman thing really doesn't work without something like in the last dark night film. A cataclysm event that takes away the role both of them had in their little ecosystem. In terms of personality, I think they form a pretty good dichotomy, but it's not a pairing that really works with the status quo at all. I feel like you've got a really negative and biased view of Bruce. The guy has a sense of humor, it's just subtle. Read stuff like JLI, his adventures with Superman and with Dick Grayson, and you'll see him let his real self shine through a little. He is a lot less broken than you think he is, his self control just means he doesn't let the facade drop often except when he's around people he's very comfortable with.
And Bruce letting Selina steal isn't as big a deal as you make it out to be, Bruce hates violent crime and Selina is a cat burglar. She doesn't hurt people, just takes their shit. When she restricts her thefts to the well off, which she did even without Bruce's influence he has no reason to mind, especially when he's got actual murderers to deal with.
