Now he's a drunk loser just like his father, but without all the luck. He dropped out of college, smokes weed, drunks all the time, sits on the couch all day mooching off his Homer and Marge while his sisters are off doing incredible things.

I can't believe I'm referencing this, but in the episode where Lisa's the president, she makes Bart the Secretary of Cool or something to improve America's image.
