What do you think of Darkseid's daughter, Grail? Do you think she will become an interesting character that has some staying power or will DC pretty much forget about her once Darkseid War is over?
They've been teasing this character since the start of the New 52, so I don't know if they will throw her away so soon, but I don't really know what DC would do with her after DW is finished to make her stand out.

She's not meant to be interesting or taken seriously, OP. Her dialogue is intentionally comedic like Superboy Prime's. You're missing the point.
She hasn't really had a chance to do much. Darkseid War has been slow to develop. She showed up in April, beat up the JL some but she hasn't really done anything since then. So she hasn't really had a chance to catch on where people could get interested in her story.
I don't mind the edge too much with her, as long as there is this line of humor with it since I think Johns is aware of the ridiculousness of it, but I think making her have staying power after DW is going to be tough.
I think if they go full villain with her she will probably fall off quickly. If they want to try and keep her around they would probably need to have her balance that line of villain and anti-hero some so she can do more. I don't know though.
