The one thing I liked about that newly reformed New warriors book that was lead by Jubilee was that the police took the super powered people seriously.
They had an intelligent measured response and logic to how they were going to deal with it. Hell I think they even had an anti superhuman unit and protocol.
They need something like that in the show. Like a "Code 616" is superhuman activity send back up/call shield/call the vault guys.
As a matter of fact, Guys in Vault suits should be a thing in that universe.
Stark gives out low level power suits to guards of a super powered prison and creates the prison called the vault.
Could be a running thing throughout all of the marvel properties.
