All the "lowtechs" are now effectively trapped, apart from ones with their own dimensional shifting abilities (which transtech don't have).
So the Transtech have been giving emergency deals to any lowtechs they can, to return as many bots they can to their place of origin, or to the next convenient parallel dimension.
Also, Vector Prime has effectively become the daft fool he pretended to be, since he's now lost much of his knowledge. He's gone from champion of the universe to senile old bot.

And before I'd have said, probably yes. Now, I'm not so sure with the big split. With the Elder Gods and similar entities being so monstrous even Unicron doesn't want to face them, I'd say Hellstar, as a likely candidate, may be up there in the same leagues.
