Some people draw HUGE LIPS on everyone, and I can't shake the feeling of an entire world with people with wheezing, dripping, protruding mouths that noisily blow their terrible-smelling breath on everything.
Breadcrumbs and grease from the previous meal soil all lips, and everyone stands so close to eachother that stains of oily saliva and bits of food are on every object at head height. The noisy, heavy breathing from everyone's mouth, eternally open agape in an expression of dumb stupor (not uncommon in people with mental illness) fills the air, soft gurgles of saliva and the faint sound of air running against and through teeth is audible through every moment of quiet.
It is a nightmare.
