I'm pretty sure that the enemy Ozpin and Qrow and co were talking about in the most recent episode is the series' true main villain and the person/people Cinder is answering to. They want to sow chaos and empower the Grimm, which leads me to believe that the Grimm's nature is also connected to this main villain and that the White Fang and Torchwick will join the good guys when this comes to light. They're underhanded, but they don't want the world to end.
