Did anyone remember this movie existed? I recently rewatched it and it wasn't nearly as horrible as I remember. Sure, only about half the jokes stick and Bruce Willis clearly didn't give a fuck but the chase scenes were really fun and Gary Shandling was great. It's say it's better than any other dreamworks movie from the time except shrek 1 and 2 (though that's not saying much) as well as Cars. But I may be biased because Ben Folds is a fucking based musician

it wasn't that bad really. the characters were well rounded the anti-communist message was interesting. Brenden Frasier did some amazing comic relief that was actually comically relieving. I mean as long as all you expect is something to entertain your kids for an hour, it's delivers and then some. I didn't find anything in it horrible, or cringy.

Not a very good story, honestly. We were both big fans of the movie (we were pretty big animation fans in general), and around that time we hit a rough patch between us.
He'd been going to fan boards for the movie at the time, eventually found someone he started talking to and apparently liked better. So I say the movie kind of helped to lead the way to us breaking up.
