... no? This is Marvel's post-event parody issue which they always do after an event came out. It was always scheduled to come out now, it's just that originally the event was supposed to be over by now.
Them extending it by one issue was just because issue 7 was a double-sized issue and ribic couldn't get it done on time so they split issue 7 into two normal sized issues instead of one double-sized issue. That's why issue 7 feels like the first half of an issue instead of a full one.
