PAD's pretty underrated, honestly. He's written some of my favorite comic series definitely.
Aquaman, Young Justice, Supergirl Matrix, Spider-Man 2099... you can't go wrong with any of these series.
>>77391035
I know it's a boring answer, but Grant Morrison.
>>77391035
Your excellent taste has been noted, OP, and you will receive riches in the afterlife

Geoff Johns, of course.
Denny O'Neil, who has no competition.

On the topic of Moore, have you read Top Ten? It's fairly well known but seems to get overshadowed by his bigger work.
>>77392894
Top Ten is with capecops? That comic rocked.
>>77392894
>seems to get overshadowed by his bigger work
Same goes for Promethea, Supreme, and Tom Strong. Moore was still solid in the 90's even the issue of Spawn he wrote is great
>>77392921
Yeah, it's in my top three by him, next to For the Man Who Has Everything and Swamp Thing.
>>77392894
That's one of my favorite Moore works actually. I love the characters and worldbuilding in it. Reminds me a lot of the best of Astro City.
