almost looks like some sort of drone skimming on top of their world, i remember during that brief scene of the war he was fighting they said something about being tasked with stopping some sorta super weapon. i wonder if the enemies of the champions people created some sort of fake universe to shunt all their enemies into it.
also the champion's nose is a lot bigger now. it's very distracting now when his face consists of 75% nose.

There is no real criteria. Some is porn and some is not.

It depends on a number of factors like why did the artist choose to draw the characters as anthropomorphic animals or how they draw them. With webcomics like Poppy O'Possum and Lackadaisy the artists just love drawing animals and gives them a wider berth for drawing distinct and varied characters. Same with Blacksad, where everyone being an animals has almost no bearing on the story. Then there's shit like TwoKinds which you can take one look at and it screams furfaggotry without knowing exactly why.
