Doc V is decidedly average, there are probably better heroes that you've not recruited yet (if you want another magic user, Nico Minoru is objectively better)

usually its only the character that give cve, and since there are none right now its just whatever you want

no and yes, it doesnt auto farm but makes the animations faster so if it takes you 5 or so mins to complete 12.2 it can take you half of that time using leethax
