Season by season the show would be.
Season 1: Taking place after the first tournament focuses on Ryu wandering and fighting new opponents introducing the cast until his eventual rematch with Sagat, and his first bout with Akuma near the end of the season.
Season 2 would focus less on Ryu and more on Bison and Shadowloo pissing off the world with evil reaching it's inevitable climax with the destruction of Bisons Shadowloo, the Death of Charlie and the seeds for the second tournament being set for season 3.
Season 3, would be the last season I'd care to do honestly, and it'd focus on the Street Fighter II tournament. The World Warriors would all be attendance and it would build till the reveal that Bison was still alive, and couldn't die until Akuma shows up and BTFO of Bison and the true final battle occurs between Ryu and Shin Akuma. Since nothing else would top this, Gill, Alex, Seth, Juri, Urien and Oro would be seen when Ryu does his post tournament contemplating about what a Warrior is, when thinking of future battles.
Bring back Richard Newman as M. Bison.
