If you would like to disable the opening cinematics, you can add -nostartupmovies to the command line flags. I will add how to do this below.
MH Patcher:
1) Open the patcher and click the settings button on the left part of the window. It's the second button that looks like cogs
2) Click the Command Line button in the right menu and add -nostartupmovies. Then click OK
Steam:
1) Right click Marvel Heroes 2015 from your game library
2) Click the properties button at the bottom of the menu
3) Click the Set Launch Options button in General tab and add -nostartupmovies. Then click OK

Given the mechanics now being in place with Magik, Luke Cage should get an update to have the same 'Command' bar. If they want to keep the combo system, that's fine, but he'd really benefit from having the Command mechanic so he can be the sole Hero-for-Hire or summon all the members.

The only thing good looking on that model is the midriff. The tits look like all the other ones. It seriously looks like the modeler just cuts and pastes piece of others. I was going to buy Magik with splinters because why not, but seeing her in-game model, I can't bring myself to do it.
