It's like saying who would win between Hannibal Lecter and Mike Tyson. Only an idiot would say Tyson despite the fact that Tyson is absolutely physically superior.
Superman would lose because he's Superman. He would let his strong morals stop him from attacking his friend. He would be emotional and pull his punches.
Batman would end it as soon as possible in whatever way possible.
When people say "Who would win between Superman and Batman?" they're really asking "Does brain trump brawn?"
The answer is yes.

I mean, obviously neither of them die (in that fight, anyway), but the same goes for Batman vs Superman. I assume Iron Man subdues Hulk, since Hulk winning would result in a very seriously injured (at the very least) Tony.
But yeah, both fights involve a superhuman vs a regular rich guy in a mechanical suit. Both will probably end in the less predictable ending-- that the guy in the suit pulls out a win somehow.
