X-Men have one high-roller in seven movies; odds are against them making enough to justify the budget Singer's got.
TMNT didn't do all that well and the sequel is likely to either go down or up significantly, depending on what audiences are saying to each other about it.
Gambit is nothing. It won't even be called Gambit, it'll be called X-Men something or other : Gambit because of rights issues, so it's got the same starting problems as other X-movies.
Suicide Squad is a bad title; Will Smith hasn't made a great movie in years.
Doctor Strange has Bignecked Cumnowvoice (assuming he hasn't lost his fan appeal by then) and the Marvel brand (same); it's between Cap, BvS and Strange for the highest grosses.
