Why would I need that? It's said "no furry" on the rules page for years but you can still post Star Fox (unless you have the tastes of the Korean) or talk about Space Jam.
Levitation is an interesting power for her to have learned. Unfortunately, I doubt that we'll see too much more of it. It always upsets me when characters don't use their powers intelligently, although I can't deny that doing so would be "in character" for the cat. Due to the arbitrarily defined limits of magic, gaining a magic ability can lead to some crazy bullshit through the irregular usage of the power. For instance, could she, through rapid vibration of a few miniscule particles, heat up the air around her? Could she generate enough force on a small enough area to actually cut or injure someone? I assume she cannot levitate things that are alive due to my assumed knowledge of the lore involved here, but could she levitate the contents of someone's stomach? Just try to tell me that you wouldn't let your guard down after a mage forces your stomach acid to flow up your esophagus and flood your sinuses. What is the weight limit to things you can levitate? Is it like The Force, where you can lift as much as your willpower is (somehow) or is it more like a muscle you have to build and train? Can she go full Yondu and levitate an arrow or needle through someone? I will never gain an ability like that, but I think that, were I imbued with such a potential, I would explore all areas of my ability immediately. Granted I am not surprised that in a world full of magic those who are imbued with but a little may abandon it due to its social stigma. I am not attacking Kaz's writing of magic per se, after all he is only adapting what already exists in the elder scrolls games, more I am stating that I enjoy it when creative use of magic is used, rather than brute force balls of fire and such.

Probably wouldn't work on living things for the same reason you can't lift them. As far damaging inanimate objects this way, I would think telekinesis isn't really a kind of force, you're not pushing or pulling the object, you're merely changing and holding it's position in space.

I would guess you can't tele-grab something that's surrounded by impenetrable live stuff. And even if you could telekinesis through bodies, you might not be able to manipulate their innards just because you don't know exactly what you're trying to move. It's like using the power with your eyes closed without knowing what's in front of you.
Also to be considered are the points of "at which step of digestion does food start being considered part of the body" and "are part of your body which are not alive such as stomach acids, sweat and dead skin considered part of your body and therefore telekinesis-proof?"

The game has different levels of the telekinesis spell that modify maximum distance and use time if I remember correctly. That, as well as weight you can move may be related to the wizard's expertise (both in general magic use as well as this specific spell) and mana pool. The best "power exploration" I've read was in Worm (by Wildbow). The characters that are the most clever about using their powers tend to be the most dangerous. Our main character gets gets to control bugs, and as the story progresses, she gets very smart and very creative in how she applies her power.

You're thinking of vibration as a concept, not as actual movement like Katia would have to. Even if she was moving an object entirely with her mind instead of linking its movement to her hands or eyes, she wouldn't be able to think of directional changes fast enough to cause heat through vibration.

As it is right now, she's not terribly precise. She can't, say, grab onto one skin cell and push inward with 100 lbs of force. Her mental "hand" is about the size of an actual hand.

It's an intelligence based skill, not a willpower one. The way I'm interpreting that, it means her strength will never increase over what she can lift now, but she may one day find new techniques that are stronger. Aggy could lift heavier things than she could, but there's really no guarantee he was even using the same method. He couldn't even adequately put his method into words, though he hinted at it being a lot more abstract than what Katia went with.
Right now she can't lift a lot; probably somewhere between 60 and 200. She can't levitate, though she did flip a table heavier than her with one sustained push.
