A fan theory about Weiss' scar is that her Father gave her it. Because apparently, in the White Trailer that giant Warrior she's fighting is symbolism for her Father and how he always pushed Weiss for to do better and better. Probably because she's the heirness for the Schnee Dust company. And maybe a result (or method) of her being pushed is abusement.
