I highly recommend doujinshi by this circle. The stories are great and her characterization of Yamato is spot on and uninfluenced by the shitty anime. She's been around since the game originally came out in 2011. Her anthology (Meteora Stella) compiling 7 of her old work is still up for mail order on her website's order page (just use a service like goodyjapan, treasurejapan, or fromjapan to order since it doesn't accept overseas orders) It's really worth it to buy doujinshi when you're invested in a series.

If it makes you feel better, the homo with him is so unambiguous that you don't need to be a fujo or a shipper to see it or like it. The subtext is fed to you as much as it is with the main heroine.
I rarely ever ship anything myself, whether it be gay or straight, but I like Bunny x Yamato as an exception. It's also nice having a homo ship that isn't pulled out of the ass for once.
