Maybe if you do something fucking weird and use ginger instead of chili powder, put in a lot of mace or nutmeg, and sugar into the chili to make a sweet meat sauce, it would sense.
Or if you tone down on the sugar and condensed milk in the pumpkin pie so it's more of a normal starch.
Putting straight meat sauce onto a dessert sounds like something only a pregnant woman would eat.
