Are there other strongly herbal alcoholic drinks? Chartreuse Verte is currently my favorite drink, but I'm unaware if there are other similar drinks.

Just try a bunch of absinthes. Look for brands that are described as more 'complex' or 'herby'. I haven't had pic related but they say it's quite complex.

Oooh I hate this one, it's not herbal it's just extremely bitter. Look, it even says on the label "BITTER". Maybe I don't understand something and there is a way to develop your taste to enjoy it, but so far 2 times I tried it were literally a challenge.
