So your idea of a diet is to continue eating shitty processed food, but only buy the ones that say "healthy" or "diet" on the label?

A better lunch would be oats with bananas and a sprinkle of nuts/seeds, or a can of chickpeas.

That's what I eat when dieting and I love eating hugeass bowls of vegetables with chunks of meat in between. The best part is that salad greens taste great and barely have any calories.
