I have a mild aversion to red sauces but a stronger one to red sauces on pasta specifically, because I had a horrible vomit session after eating some as a kid.

I just have a very meat and veggie based diet. I was worse about it as a kid because kids dont have filters and speak their mind, i was always the one kid that wouldnt eat shit at the birthday party because i couldnt stand cake and pizza. After a while, peoples parents started being more mindful of my palette and had more of a variety of food and would order chicken wings alongside the pizza, which my peers definitely didnt fight against.
