Got some smoked salmon here for lunch.
What's the best way to cook this? Bake and then sear on high heat?
It's already cooked. Put it on a bagel with some cream cheese.
Wouldn't it taste kinda raw though? I could try that but it just seems a little bizarre to me.

It will taste smoked/ salty.
They way I do it (and did today for brunch) is to eat it on a bun or baguette with a honey mustard sauce (if it doesnt come with the salmon I just mix these two with a pinch of dill) and raw red onion rings.

save it for Sunday morning and pair it with scrambled eggs and some sour dough toast.

Toasted bagel, cream cheese, red onion and capers

troll thread but it's meant to be more of a bread spread accompaniment than an actual main protein
Smoked salmon in eggs is pretty good. Prepare yourself for day-long fishy burps, however.

Some nice toasted bread, scrambled eggs, salmon on top, tiny amount of cream cheese. The only correct answer, do NOT cook that shit.
Tastes like salmon jerky.

this. if you do this op beware, its quite rich.
why to call him a retard? in some countries smoked salmon is not usual thing, I ate first one when I was 20 or so
and we are not a third world country, just it's not common to eat it that way here
If you really want to Cook it make some Spaghetti and a cream-mustrd Sauce with spring onions and Dill and then throw the salmon in there after taking everything of the heat.
