Really, whatever your taste buds are feeling. You can do a creamy marinade (yogurt/buttermilk/ranch/bluecheese) + Spices. The fast and easy store bought italian dressing, or lemon pepper marinade. Me personally I enjoy making the chicken tikka marinade and grilling them.
