My favorite is putting it on vanilla ice cream.

fermenting it to make mead. that and going full winnie the pooh and scooping it out of a bucket with your fingers are the 2 only acceptable uses for honey.

My absolute favorite use for honey is putting it on cottage cheese (large curd, of course). It's one of my favorite simple foods ever, has been my whole life. However, I don't eat it very often, because if I have cottage cheese in the house, I'll eat the whole container in a day, just occasionally snacking on it with honey. That's naughty.
