i findly remember some Pub-esque place in a touristy part of Spain that Ramsay turned into a tapas place.
Family owned and everyone drank themselves to death on a daily basis. During dinner service the town drunk came around and started serving free wine. Gordon ordered a hamburger and the owner had to pull the bun out of the ice cream freezer, in plain sight, and microwave it before serving.
Place ended up fucked because they switched to tapas and there were like 10 other tapas places within 100 yards. I bet they wouldve survived with the half assed pub menu.
