Alright /ck/ I need your help. I ordered a pack of organic ramen and I accidentally bought the low sodium version and its bland as shit. I need ways to spice up my ramen. Preferably without adding too many calories as I am on a diet.

Just add salt nigga

If you're on a diet, don't eat dried ramen. That stuff is deep fried before it's dried, which is why it's so full of calories despite being made of nothing.

This kind is baked.

Oh that's pretty cool! I'd eat ramen more often if the noodles were slightly healthier because I love making ramen broth.

Still not a good staple. Something with more fiber would be way better for you
>>
My go too is boil some water and add a few garlic cloves and green onions to that. Add the noodles then crack and egg in it and keep it moving for about a minute. Strain that and dump it in a bowl and add soy sauce to taste. Sometimes I like a tsp of sesame oil too.

Another one is boil the noodles for a minute strain it add soy sauce to taste. Stir fry some broccoli and combine it all. Super tasty.

I do this too, but sometimes I add some grated ginger and broccoli florets (not legit, but tasty), and I add the soy sauce right to the broth/water. Chili garlic sauce if I want it spicy
>>
>low sodium

put fucking salt in it, you dumb fuck
>>

Could you go into more detail? Like how much water you use, what water temperature, quantities of foodstuff ect.
>>

No, if you can't figure that shit out then just follow the directions on the packet.

>Still not a good staple
I know. This is just for if I'm short on time or feeling really lazy. Most nights I saute some shrimp or chicken, maybe a small amount of rice, and always a fresh vegetable dish.
>>
Maybe add some bouillon to the broth, it'll make up for the lost sodium and add more flavor.
