Pretty much every way imaginable. Stewed tomatoes are fucking delicious. Sun-dried on a pizza with garlic is based, but lately I've loved them diced and drizzled with a nice balsamic for some bruchetta, or even just with a slice of fresh mozzarella.

Same. It opened my eyes. Trying one thing that you didn't like and finding you do now, it's exciting and fun and if it goes well once, it makes you willing to re-evaluate way more things, and try things you might never have wanted to.
