His recipes are hit and miss, the US measurements are fucking me over. His metric recipe usually doesn't work.
His lasagna is good tho, his steak and potatoes was okay. Put the taters in the oven for over an hour and they still ended up being hard and nearly inedible. The rest of the filling was good.

I don't like him, I don't really like how celebrity chefs are getting popular for being outrageous and trashy. I think food is pretty important, and they demean it. I guess since advanced countries have an abundance of food they act this way, but they don't realize how important and special food is and the great history behind it all.
