Maangchi - god tier and only tier Korean food channel. She has the only good recipe for Kimchi, which turned out perfect for me.
Food Wishes - this guy has all the inspiration for food, he does it so well too, no ego, no bullshit, only bad jokes and top tier cooking.
As for entertainment:
Munchies is OK. They have a fuckload of stupid shit.
Action Bronson is so-so. He has good shit, but his wannabee nigger attitude is so played out and tiring.

I set up my own youtube cooking channel with a similar name and reuploaded all of her videos but set them to private, then used a fake email to send them to myself. They don't HAVE to, but most people are happy to share if you're taking an interest in it. I've been to Turkish markets, Indian markets, Arab markets, Chinese markets, and the people there were always friendly and happy to see someone interested in their food. I had some Haitian lady that I could barely understand hugging me and giving me some spicy kind of salad she personally made.
