Lot of folks have said it already but they're good points:
-Up your water intake without using soda or juice
-Increase your protien intake but be sure to have a steady flow of carbs. Try a protein bar or granola bar every 1-2 hours to keep yourself sated.
-For a healthier energy boost, try using one of those emergen-c packets that boost you with a 100% of your daily vitamin c and some other minerals. You can dissolve it in 8oz of water and gives a solid boost in my experience.
-couple of veggie sticks with PB or ranch dip. Will give you fiber and vitamins and the crunch has a tendency to wake me up.

If you're actually planning to eat a shitload of bananas you're going to regret it very quickly. Just one a day, or one in the morning and one in the evening.
>>7708226
have you tried avoiding caffeine? I usually crash an hour after coffee and can go straight to sleep
>>7708344
Why would he regret it? inb4 old housewives tales
>>7708376
Because eating numerous bananas will constipate you unless you drink a gallon of water with them.
>>7708226
tried Iron or magnesium? Iron is a common problem since you need several weeks of intake to replenish it.

the housewife tale was delivered.
>>7708375
Same
You probably just have depression like the rest of us.
See a doctor.
>>7708388
That's what I meant with old housewives' tales though.
>>7708397
Except that that's not a tale. That's how fiber works.
>>7708407
Fiber is an antinutrient but does also cause diarrhea and constipation
>>7708449
That's correct, which is why eating too many is a bad idea, like I said.
