A grilled cheese, pressed flat, then sorta folded in half like a taco shell. I use taco meat, lettuce, tomato, salsa, etc.

My family is white trash, and the first meal I remember eating is a Stouffer's salisbury steak with macaroni and cheese. I still have one every once and awhile.
But my favorite way to eat it these days is as cheeseburger macaroni. Don't care much for it the next day, though. It's never the same. Best thing to do is leave the noodles out and portion the sauce into servings in airtight containers. Then reheat it on the stove with a bit of milk, and stir in a serving of uncooked noodles.
