What do you do to cook leftover mac and cheese /ck/?
I don't have leftover food because I cook as much as I need.

Form it into balls, flour, egg, bread crumb, stick it in the fridge to set, deep fry it, eat with buffalo sauce and blue cheese.
Or just microwave it. It really depends on the type of macaroni and cheese. I make I baked one that's so cheesy It's perfectly fine to eat cold the next day.

Add a little milk to it and heat it on the hob. This works perfectly for me.
I've found this to be less reliable if you've used flour when making it but it still works.
