Remove bell pepper. It's only good for the crunch and gets soggy and ruined in an omelette.
Is that turkey or ham? Replace with sausage or pre-grill the ham/turkey.
Add finely diced roasted potatoes. Not much, just a bit.
More cheese to hold it all together.
Use real eggs, not the carton yellow shit in pic. Disgustingly overcooked.
