2 to 1 ratio of masa flour and water. press into small circles that are reasonably thick, cook in pan. Split in half and stuff with whatever, or fold into a cup and fill with whatever.

Skip the yeast and just make a sourdough

Yeah, but it takes time to develop a decent starter. I'm assuming the OP is lazy and wants something easy for right now.

Yeah but once he has a starter he will have unlimited free yeast
It's both simpler and cheaper
Thanks anons, I'm not sure how to use the yeast so I'm gonna make flatbread for now.

Something tells me that the OP is probably inept enough that even maintaining a starter would be too difficult.

Roti/chapatti flatbreads.. there's a lot of variety.[garlic butter, cheese, pizza, doner, "turkish pizza" etc etc etc]go with wholewheat flour otherwise you'll shit concrete.
I have IBS and other stuff and It's just great with asian/'muslim' dishes.

Yeast usually comes with instructions but it's pretty simple: just mix it with sugar and warm water and let it bubble up for a few minutes.
